Skilled Independent
This allows people to migrate to
Australia on the basis of their skills, education and or work
experience. This visa is based on points test where a specific number of
points are awarded for your skills, occupation, education, age and
English ability.
If you have no links
or ties with Australia, this may be the suitable visa for you.
Skilled Sponsored
This visa is similar to the Independent Skilled Migration but with lower
standards because you have family members in Australia.
This allows people to

English ability.
You must have an
Australian sponsor or obtain a nomination from State or Territory
government in Australia.
Skilled Regional Sponsored
(Provisional)
This provisional visa is for Skilled
Migrants who do not meet the standards for Skilled Independent Migrants
or Skilled Sponsored Migrants.
This visa allows
people to work and study only in the designated area with your eligible
relative or in a
Specified Regional Area of Australia with Australian Government
Sponsorship.
This visa is based on
points test where a specific number of points are awarded for your
skills, occupation, education, and English ability. It requires
sponsorship by either relative or State or Territory in Australia.
